Archis updates itself: chi update checks what is published, verifies the release hash before writing anything, and puts the previous binary back if the new one does not start. chi update --check installs nothing.

- ImprovedA command records what it needs to record without waiting on the network to finish.
- FixedThe language allowlist silently dropped everything past a point in its list, so several supported languages were not being indexed at all.
- FixedTelemetry reports what it was built to report, and 34 more file types are named rather than counted as unknown — a repository that is mostly Svelte was mostly "unknown".
