A new session knows Archis is there, without being asked.

• NewYour agent is briefed at the start of a session: that Archis is installed and licensed, whether this repository is indexed, and which tool answers which kind of question. A model that was never told any of that explores a new project the way it always has, and Archis ends the session having never been called. Run chi hook install to add it; an existing install keeps what it has.
• Improvedchi update shows what it is doing. It used to print one line and then go silent for however long thirty megabytes take on your connection, which is indistinguishable from a hang — and interrupting an update midway means interrupting it while it is replacing a binary. Every step now reports itself, with bytes, transfer rate and an estimate.
• ImprovedA directory with no source files in it yet is told apart from one that has never been indexed, so an agent working in a project you are about to create is not sent to look for an index that could not exist.
