Archis updates itself: chi update checks what is published, verifies the release hash before writing anything, and puts the previous binary back if the new one does not start. chi update --check installs nothing.

    Archis now works across all of your repositories at once, and Enterprise teams can run their own CAVS DB Server for it.

    Before you upgrade — Update, then reopen your agent window so it starts the new version. Your existing indexes are kept. Federation needs a Team or Enterprise plan; the self-hosted server needs Enterprise.

    • NewFederation: register your repositories once and work across them as one. A workspace pins every repository it uses to an exact state, a lock file reproduces that state on another machine, and a feature can be followed across repositories through squash merges and rebases. Releases, environments, retention holds and compliance exports work over the whole set.
    • NewCAVS DB Server for Enterprise: under Team → CAVS DB Server, download the self-hosted server for Linux or Windows and generate its licence token. The server checks the token without a network connection; when it can reach Archis it also picks up a rotated token on its own, and a revoked one makes it read-only without deleting anything.
    • NewPoint Archis at your CAVS DB Server with chi registry server set, publish repositories with chi repo publish and attach ones that only live on the server with chi repo attach. Workspaces then compose, lock, update and compare across machines. Company certificates are trusted through your system’s certificate store.
    • NewVue single-file components and VitePress sites are indexed, tables printed by database and data tools are compressed without losing the rows that matter, and outlines show each file’s imports beyond Go.
    • ImprovedOffline licences can be issued from the portal, and the CLI reference now documents every federation command.
