Archis updates itself: chi update checks what is published, verifies the release hash before writing anything, and puts the previous binary back if the new one does not start. chi update --check installs nothing.

The setup questions finally get asked.

The one that matters is attribution: Archis sees a file when your agent asks Archis for it and sees nothing when the agent opens the file itself, which in a real session is most of the time — so without it the dashboard answers "who touched this file" with silence, and silence reads as "nobody did". The feature had worked for releases. Nothing had ever invited anybody to turn it on. - ImprovedEvery question is asked once and does not come back, never runs unless you are at a terminal, and never fails a login: a step that cannot do what was asked says so and is offered again next time.
